Lors du dernier comit\u00e9 psychotropes, stup\u00e9fiants et addictions pilot\u00e9 par l&#8217;ANSM, les membres du CSP se sont pench\u00e9s sur ces substances qui ont fait leur apparition dans les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;addictovigilance. <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; Ils se pr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous forme de poudres, de liquides ou d&#8217;herbes saupoudr\u00e9es d&#8217;un produit chimique.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelques-exemples-de-cannabinoides-synthetiques\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quelques_exemples_de_cannabinoides_synthetiques\"><\/span>Quelques exemples de cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Parmi ces substances, on retrouve notamment :<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Le H2CBD, un analogue du CBD susceptible d&#8217;avoir des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s pharmacologiques distinctes ;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Le H4CBD, \u00e9galement proche du <strong>CBD<\/strong> mais dont l&#8217;action sur les r\u00e9cepteurs cannabino\u00efdes est peu connue ;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.fr\/blog\/interdiction-du-thcp-tout-ce-que-vous-devez-savoir\/\">THCP<\/a>, souvent compar\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.fr\/blog\/thcp-vs-thc-decouvrez-les-differences-et-limportance-du-thcp\/\">THC<\/a> en termes d&#8217;effets psychotropes ;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Le HHCPO, un autre membre de la famille des cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques.<\/li>\n<p><\/p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-effets-secondaires-potentiellement-serieux\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Des_effets_secondaires_potentiellement_serieux\"><\/span>Des effets secondaires potentiellement s\u00e9rieux<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Certains cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques ont fait leur apparition dans les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;addictovigilance, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#8217;ils \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents lors d&#8217;accidents n\u00e9cessitant une intervention m\u00e9dicale ou des prises en charge hospitali\u00e8res. Cette situation est principalement due \u00e0 de mauvaises exp\u00e9riences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la consommation de ces substances, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 des effets secondaires puissants. <strong>Les dangers potentiels de la consommation de cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques peuvent inclure des troubles cardiovasculaires, neurologiques et psychiatriques, ainsi que des d\u00e9pendances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-ansm-face-aux-cannabinoides-synthetiques\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"LANSM_face_aux_cannabinoides_synthetiques\"><\/span>L&#8217;ANSM face aux cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union du CSP, le comit\u00e9 a tenu \u00e0 rappeler que certaines de ces substances exposent \u00e0 un risque th\u00e9orique li\u00e9 \u00e0 la consommation chez l&#8217;homme. Les autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises pourraient donc prendre des mesures restrictives concernant ces cannabino\u00efdes pour prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-premiere-etape-l-evaluation-des-risques\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Premiere_etape_levaluation_des_risques\"><\/span>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape : l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des risques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Avant toute interdiction, il sera n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;\u00e9valuer les dangers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation de chacun de ces produits. Le CSA pourrait ainsi d\u00e9cider de mener des enqu\u00eates sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s pharmacologiques, les effets ind\u00e9sirables et le potentiel addictif de ces cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-face-a-la-proliferation-des-nouveaux-produits\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Faire_face_a_la_proliferation_des_nouveaux_produits\"><\/span>Faire face \u00e0 la prolif\u00e9ration des nouveaux produits<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;interdiction de certains cannabino\u00efdes pourrait entra\u00eener l&#8217;apparition de nouvelles substances sur le march\u00e9, rendant la t\u00e2che complexe pour les autorit\u00e9s. L&#8217;enjeu sera alors de mettre en place des m\u00e9canismes permettant de suivre et d&#8217;\u00e9valuer rapidement les risques li\u00e9s aux nouveaux produits qui pourraient \u00e9merger.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelles-consequences-pour-les-consommateurs-et-les-professionnels\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quelles_consequences_pour_les_consommateurs_et_les_professionnels\"><\/span>Quelles cons\u00e9quences pour les consommateurs et les professionnels ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>En cas d&#8217;interdiction, les d\u00e9tenteurs et vendeurs de produits contenant des cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques concern\u00e9s devront se conformer \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation fran\u00e7aise. Ils pourraient \u00eatre tenus de retirer ces substances du march\u00e9 ou de modifier leur composition en fonction des d\u00e9cisions prises par les autorit\u00e9s. <strong>Pour les consommateurs, il est important de rester attentifs aux mises en garde de l&#8217;ANSM et de ne pas consommer de produits dont la composition et les effets sont incertains.<\/strong> La question demeure quant \u00e0 savoir si l&#8217;ANSM et la France vont effectivement interdire le H4CBD, le THCP et le HHCPO dans l&#8217;Hexagone. Les autorit\u00e9s devront d&#8217;abord \u00e9valuer avec pr\u00e9cision les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces cannabino\u00efdes synth\u00e9tiques avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision. En attendant, les consommateurs doivent faire preuve de prudence et se renseigner sur les produits qu&#8217;ils consomment afin de minimiser les risques pour leur sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<section class=\"eyc_products slider\"><\/section>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-interdiction-du-thcp-h4cbd-la-decision-est-prise\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Interdiction_du_THCP_H4CBD_la_decision_est_prise\"><\/span>Interdiction du THCP \/ H4CBD : la d\u00e9cision est prise<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Agence Nationale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 du M\u00e9dicament \u00e0 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 le 24\/05\/2024 d&#8217;interdire \u00e0 la vente un certain nombre de mol\u00e9cule dont le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.fr\/blog\/interdiction-du-thcp-tout-ce-que-vous-devez-savoir\/\">THCP<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.fr\/190h4cbd\">H4CBD<\/a> qui sont particuli\u00e8rement cibl\u00e9 car il pr\u00e9sente une structure chimique similaire \u00e0 celle des&nbsp;<strong>cannabino\u00efdes naturels<\/strong>&nbsp;mais avec des modifications pouvant entra\u00eener des effets impr\u00e9vus.
