  4. 2 eggs + 1 yolk for glazing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 120g ground almonds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. 1 tablespoon rum (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. 2 tablespoons pastry cream (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. 1 tablespoon finely ground CBD flower
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Preparation:<\/strong> Preparing the frangipane:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, then the ground almonds, rum, and pastry cream if desired. Gently fold in the ground CBD flower. Place the f\u00e8ve (a small trinket traditionally hidden inside). Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges. Baking and Baking:<\/a><\/strong> Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F). Brush the surface of the galette with the beaten egg yolk.
