What are the reasons for these closures?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State of New York recently decided to close the dispensaries of the “I’m Stuck” chain, which are owned by businessman David Tulley. Following a series of thorough investigations, Attorney General Leticia James announced the closure of dispensaries located in Auburn, Lyons, Macedon, Ontario, Pulaski, and Williamson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of these establishments were found guilty of illegally selling unregulated cannabis products and, more importantly, providing them to underage customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Stuck was caught red-handed by investigators processing, packaging, and selling cannabis products without a license. Despite repeated warnings from the Bureau of Cannabis Management, David Tulley deliberately ignored injunctions to cease these illegal activities. The legalization of cannabis in New York City represented a historic step toward correcting past mistakes.
