So, let’s begin by asking ourselves the following question: What is this fact-finding mission? Or rather, what is its role? Its main objective is to gather as much information as possible about cannabis and its derivatives in France.<\/a> Why? On the one hand, to better understand the current situation of cannabis in France. On the other hand, to grasp the issues behind a possible legalization or the maintenance of the prohibition. Furthermore, to understand the needs and demands of French citizens regarding the various uses of cannabis. To gather all this information, a commission was established. We share it with you below. <\/strong>The fact-finding mission on the regulation and impact of the various uses of cannabis, chaired by Robin Reda and with Jean-Baptiste Moreau as general rapporteur, adopted on May 5, 2021, the thematic report by Caroline Janvier dedicated to so-called “recreational” cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
