This is evidenced by the ever-increasing number of<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"a\"><strong>shops selling CBD wellness products.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/divi:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.fr\">France has nearly 400 of them today. Unfortunately, this molecule (Cannabidiol) is caught up in what could be described as a \u201clegal gray area.\u201d It was therefore time for this mission to focus on this issue, in order to make proposals that could shed light on the matter for the Government. <strong>CBD in France: Let&#8217;s set the scene! <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In fact, in France, as in other countries around the world,<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>CBD<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>is a victim of its own environment. Indeed, the cannabis plant alone contains around a hundred cannabinoid components and another hundred non-cannabinoids. Within the first category (cannabinoids) lies a well-known molecule: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbd.fr\/198thccbd\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"17\" title=\"thc - t\u00e9trahydrocannabinol\">THC<\/a>. It is this molecule that is believed to be responsible for the psychotropic effects, the &#8220;high&#8221; associated with cannabis.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Consequently, other molecules that would be beneficial to humans and animals are suffering from this negative publicity. This is the case with CBD, as Jean-Baptiste Moreau explains:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;CBD is currently the collateral victim of the predominantly safety-focused approach to cannabis in our country.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>It was therefore high time that this confusion disappeared. In other words, that the psychotropic effects, which are those of THC, be attributed solely to it, and that the numerous benefits of CBD be recognized, so that they can be fully utilized in France.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Cannabidiol is said to have the following properties:<\/p>\n<p><cite>\u201cRelaxing and calming, with the added benefit of proven antiepileptic and anticonvulsant effects.\u201d<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"b\"><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/divi:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>But\u2026 <strong><\/strong>\u201cnone of the adverse effects of THC (confusion, anxiety, delirium, hallucinations, impaired memory and concentration).\u201d This report therefore serves as a foundation for establishing a fair and equitable legal framework. Thus, \u201cguaranteeing complete safety for the consumer.\u201d And furthermore, helping France maintain control over this sector.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThis parliamentary report is a step in the right direction. France, which was in a particularly damaging situation, will be able to gain a foothold in this new sector and try to catch up on the ground it has lost so far.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Aur\u00e9lien Delecroix, President of the French Hemp Industry Association (SPC)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The report itself<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:quote --><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Indeed, it is quite lengthy. These pages constitute a record of the hearings that were conducted. The report addresses several aspects of the hemp industry in France.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p> <strong>On the one hand, there is talk of giving French hemp farmers more freedom, allowing them to utilize the entire plant, or at least most of it.
