Relaxing and soothing, several shops in Alsace are already capitalizing on this trend. Relaxing, but not only that\u2026 Whether it’s a key ingredient in tomorrow’s meals or just a passing trend, CBD offers several benefits for consumers. With their #MenuCensur\u00e9 (CBD) menu, available from January 29th to 31st, the creators of FoodCh\u00e9ri haven’t just focused on the therapeutic aspect of CBD. Their nutritional values \u200b\u200bare just as appealing: “It’s a product rich in protein, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and it also helps lower cholesterol,” says Charl\u00e8ne, FoodCh\u00e9ri’s communications manager. But this limited-edition CBD menu isn’t enough to scare off sellers of derivative products, who see it as a positive sign of its growing popularity. Various derivatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The benefits of CBD<\/a> have already won over some retailers, often specializing in the sale of electronic cigarettes, like Messaline, manager of the We Vap\u2019 shop in Strasbourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe sell oil, infusions<\/a>, capsules<\/a>, and dietary supplements, in addition to e-cigarette liquid. There can\u2019t be any competition since we\u2019re not positioning ourselves in the food sector,\u201d says Messaline, who has been selling CBD for three years. For Ghinda, co-manager of the Bestown Shop in Strasbourg, \u201cpeople who buy CBD know its effects; they\u2019re often connoisseurs.\u201d <\/strong> But here, the offering isn\u2019t quite the same.
