1 large butternut squash

- 2 tablespoons of CBD oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Preparing the Butternut Squash First, thoroughly wash the butternut squash to remove any traces of soil. Use a vegetable brush to gently scrub the skin under warm water. Once clean, dry it with a clean, dry cloth.
Cutting the Squash
To cut the butternut squash, start by removing the stem with a sharp knife. Then, cut it in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
