- 250g flour
- 125ml lukewarm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 sachet of baker’s yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g tomato passata
- 1 tbsp CBD oil
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- 100g dried and decarboxylated CBD flowers (see bottom of page)
- Toppings of your choice (vegetables, olives, cured meats, etc.)
Pizza dough preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the baker’s yeast and mix again.
- Gradually pour in the lukewarm water, mixing with a wooden spoon. Once the dough starts to come together, knead it with your hands until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Form the dough into a ball and let it rest for 1 hour, covered with a damp cloth, in a warm, draft-free place.
- Preparing the CBD pizza:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to the desired shape and thickness.In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the CBD oil. Spread the mixture over the pizza dough.
- Slice the mozzarella and arrange the slices on top of the tomato sauce.
- Crumble the dried and decarboxylated CBD flowers over the pizza. You can adjust the amount according to your preferences and desired potency. Add your favorite toppings to the pizza (vegetables, olives, cured meats, etc.). Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and enjoying.
